Who we are

Veteran-owned, with an operating platform behind it.

TBS Militech LLC is a veteran-owned firm backed by an operating modular platform — exclusively licensed to us for U.S. federal government work, including the Department of Defense and all other federal agencies, and licensed to us on a non-exclusive basis for all other markets. Owned and controlled by a U.S. Navy veteran, we're building our own federal record. On every contract, TBS Militech performs the work the contract requires, directly or with licensed partners where required, and answers for it.

Our primary market is the federal government: DoD installations, USACE districts, VA facilities, and direct federal procurements, including FEMA. We pursue work as a prime and as a teaming or subcontract partner.

Compressed schedules on active, occupied installations. Domestic-content commitments under the Buy American Act (BAA), and Build America, Buy America (BABA) where it applies. Third-party inspection at every production station is part of the platform’s process.

Federal small-business set-asides, direct prime awards, prime teaming, and subcontract to a general contractor.

Federal work is our primary focus. The same platform is licensed to us on a non-exclusive basis for all other markets, so we also pursue state and local government, commercial, and private projects. Availability for these projects depends on applicable state approvals.

Housing is the platform’s core strength. The same system is configured for offices, clinics, barracks, and training facilities. What changes is the program requirement, not the production method.

What we do

We build the modules, then finish on site.

Modular construction moves most of the build into controlled, repeatable production, so projects go up faster, costs are more predictable, and quality does not depend on weather or site labor. Production is set up around each project's specifications, off site or on the installation.

Speed

Modules are built while site work and foundations proceed, which shortens the overall schedule and limits disruption on active, occupied sites.

Controlled production quality

On the licensed platform, repeatable assemblies are built to spec and inspected at each production station, which reduces rework and punch-list items.

The licensed platform has delivered up to 2,000 homes on a single program.

Modules are produced to the contract's specifications, off site or on the installation, with structure and building systems completed as a single integrated unit.

Interior finishes installed and inspected at each station under the platform’s third-party inspection program.

Delivery

Modules are transported to the site. On a remote or high-volume program, production is set up at the site instead. Foundations advance in parallel either way.

Modules set and connected by crane, then tied into utilities.

Commissioning & handover

Systems started up and tested, the building completed and handed over.

Built where you need it.

Our primary focus is programs here in the United States. The same platform can also be set up in forward and overseas (OCONUS) locations when a requirement calls for it. Components are produced off site or on the installation, then assembled on site — including at remote and contingency locations, where conventional construction is slow, costly, or impractical.

How deployable production works
The production line can deploy

What travels is the platform’s production system and tooling, not finished modules. That is what makes forward and overseas locations practical, where shipping enclosed volume across a theater is what limits most modular systems.

Production is placed, not fixed

Near an established production site, modules ship to the project. For a remote or high-volume program, production is established at the program and the modules are produced where they stand up.

The standard does not change

Same production standard, same station sequence, same inspection at every step — and for work outside the continental U.S., materials sourced from U.S. or U.S.-approved sources.

He brings that same discipline — integrity, accountability, and reliable performance — to TBS Militech, where he holds a controlling interest and sole executive authority.
