Who we are

Veteran-owned, with a proven platform behind it.

TBS Militech LLC is a veteran-owned firm backed by a field-proven modular platform — exclusively licensed to us for U.S. federal government work, including the Department of Defense and all other federal agencies, and available on a non-exclusive basis for state and local government, commercial, and private projects. Owned and controlled by a U.S. Navy veteran, we're building our own federal record.

What we do

We build in the factory, then finish on site.

Modular construction moves most of the build into a controlled factory, so projects go up faster, costs are more predictable, and quality does not depend on weather or site labor.

Speed

Modules are built while site work and foundations proceed, which shortens the overall schedule and limits disruption on active, occupied sites.

Factory-controlled quality

Repeatable assemblies built to spec and inspected at each production station, which reduces rework and punch-list items.

Scale

The licensed platform has delivered more than a thousand units on a single program.

Production that travels

The production system and tooling can be moved, so production can be set up at the program site instead of shipping finished modules across a country or a theater.

The process, end to end.

The same sequence from design to handover, with site work and foundations advancing in parallel to factory production.

01

Design & engineering

Drawings stamped to the applicable building codes and coordinated for factory production.

02

Factory production

Modules are produced on an indoor production line, where structure and building systems are completed as a single integrated unit.

03

Finishing & inspection

Interior finishes installed and inspected at each station under third-party in-plant inspection.

04

Delivery

Modules are transported to the site. On a remote or high-volume program, production is set up at the site instead. Foundations advance in parallel either way.

05

On-site assembly

Modules set and connected by crane, then tied into utilities.

06

Commissioning & handover

Systems started up and tested, the building completed and handed over.

The result is a finished, code-compliant building delivered faster and with more cost certainty than conventional construction.

What we build

One platform, across building types.

The same industrialized system produces offices, clinics, barracks, schools, and housing at volume. What changes between them is the program requirement, not the production method.

Office & administrative buildings

Administrative and office facilities for federal agencies, municipalities, and private businesses — built in the factory and finished on site with minimal disruption to an operating campus.

Who we serve

Three markets, one delivery method.

The same platform serves a military installation, a municipality, and a private developer. What changes is the contracting path and the requirement.

01Federal & DoD
Typical requirement

Administrative and office buildings, medical and clinical facilities, family and troop housing for the DoD, USACE, VA, and other federal agencies.

Why modular here

Compressed schedules on active, occupied installations. Domestic-content commitments under BAA and BABA. Inspection at every production station before anything is set.

How we engage

Federal small-business set-asides, prime teaming, and subcontract pathways.

02State & local government
Typical requirement

Municipal facilities, schools and public infrastructure, and emergency or recovery housing for state and local agencies.

Why modular here

Occupancy sooner on public projects, with site work advancing in parallel to production and less disruption around operating facilities.

How we engage

Competitive solicitation, direct award, and subcontract to a general contractor.

03Commercial & private
Typical requirement

Office, multifamily, workforce-housing, retail, and institutional developments for private developers and businesses.

Why modular here

Schedule certainty against a financing timeline, repeatable unit quality, and volume capacity proven on programs of 1,500 and 2,000 homes.

How we engage

Direct contract with the developer, business, or municipality.

Mission capability · Forward-deployed

Production that can be set up in forward locations.

The same platform that delivers housing at volume can be moved forward. Components are produced in a controlled facility, transported, and assembled on site — including at remote, austere, and contingency locations, where conventional construction is slow, costly, or impractical.

How deployable production works
The production line deploys

What travels is the production system and the tooling, not finished modules. Shipping enclosed volume across a theater is what limits most modular systems in forward locations.

Production is placed, not fixed

Near an established facility, modules ship to the site. For a remote or high-volume program, production is established at the program and the modules are cast where they stand up.

The standard does not change

Same production standard, same station sequence, same inspection at every step — and outside CONUS, materials sourced from U.S. or U.S.-approved sources.
